   2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
   2 cups granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (e.g., Splenda ®)
   2 large eggs

Directions for Diabetic Cookie Recipe

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Use a fairly large mixing pan to blend together the peanut butter, eggs, and sucralose
- Use a spoon to create drops of this diabetic cookie dough on a baking sheet
- Bake these cookies for 8-10 minutes
