Ingredients for Greek Cookie Recipe

1 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for rolling

Directions for Greek Cookie Recipe

- Turn oven on to 400 degrees

- Use a bowl to mix together the butter, sugar, and egg

- Add in the almond extract, vanilla and flour. Mix very well

- Make spoonfuls od the greek cookie dough on a cookie sheet. For S shaped cookies

- Bake for 10 minutes

This is an awesome greek cookie recipe. I like how these cookies aren't the normal cookie we take for granted. The greeks really know there dessert.
